REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.
Your item must have all tags & be accompanied with your original receipt.
All items must be free of smoke odor, pet hair, can not be washed, soiled or worn.

Stethoscopes are NON-refundable
For warranty, repair, maintenance or service on the stethoscope(s) purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.

No Exceptions

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
